Purchasing

To order products or services on the Mooguul website, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts. You are responsible for selecting products or services suited to your needs and following the detailed ordering process on our site. Before confirming your order, ensure its accuracy and completeness. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message. A shipment confirmation and invoice will be sent when the product(s) ship. Mooguul reserves the right to apply quantity limitations on orders.

Price and Promotions

Mooguul reserves the right to modify product prices at any time, with the price at the time of the order being applicable. Prices on the site may be an estimation based on your IP address. Prices are exclusive of shipping costs unless specified. Shipping costs, factoring in order size, weight, carrier choice, and delivery address, are detailed during the ordering process. For international deliveries, customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Mooguul may offer promotions or discounts from time to time; these are subject to specific terms and conditions and may apply to certain products only.

Payment

Invoices will reflect prices displayed at checkout, including those expressed in cryptocurrencies based on current exchange rates. Full payment is required at the time of the order. Mooguul reserves the right to suspend or cancel orders for non-payment or irregular payment.

Delivery

Products are delivered to the address specified during the order process. You may choose from various transport options offered, based on your delivery address. The risk of loss and damage transfers to you upon delivery. Inspect the product upon delivery and report defects within seven days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on transport service providers. Mooguul is not liable for transport delays.

After-Sale and Return Policy

Mooguul’s warranty and after-sales policies are outlined in our comprehensive After-sale Policy. This includes conditions for product replacements and returns. Users must handle return shipping fees, except in cases of quality-related issues. Ensure all data is cleared from products before returning or replacing them.

The warranty does not cover damage due to user error, incomplete returns, or issues addressable through product updates. Please be aware! All refunds can only be made to the wallet that made the deposit.
